Approve the minutes for the Successor Agency of the former Seal Beach
Redevelopment Agency held on June 11, 2012.

Approve the minutes for the Successor Agency of the former Seal Beach
Redevelopment Agency held on June 11, 2012.

The City Council and the Successor Agency to the Seal Beach Redevelopment
Agency met in regular session at 7:00 p.m. with Mayor Levitt calling the meeting
to order and Councilman Sloan leading the Salute to the Flag.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor/Chair: Levitt
Council and Board Members: Deaton, Miller, Shanks, Sloan
City Staff: Quinn M. Barrow, City Attorney/Legal Counsel
Jill R. Ingram, City Manager/Executive Director

Chief Joe Bailey, Seal Beach Marine Safety/Lifeguard Department
Chief Robert Luman, Seal Beach Police Department
Shally Lin, Interim Director of Finance
Linda Devine, City Clerk/Secretary
APPROVAL OF AGENDA&WAIVER OF FULL READING OF RESOLUTIONS&ORDINANCES
Shanks moved, second by Sloan, to approve the agenda as amended—Mayor Pro Tem Miller
pulled items"C","D",and"E"for separate consideration.
AYES: Deaton,Levitt,Miller,Shanks,Sloan
NOES: None Motion carried
SUCCESSOR AGENCY MATTERS
Mayor/Chair Levitt called the Successor Agency meeting to order at 9:20 p.m.
Miller moved, second by Shanks, to approve the minutes of the Successor
Agency to the Seal Beach Redevelopment Agency meeting of May 14,2012.
AYES: Deaton, Levitt, Miller, Shanks, Sloan
NOES: None Motion carried
Legal Counselor for the Successor Agency announced there was no need for the
Board to recess to closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
With no objections the Mayor adjourned the City Council and Successor Agency
meetings at 9:22 p.m. to Monday June 25, 2012 to meet in closed session, if
deemed necessary.
