A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR NAVY DRAINAGE
EASEMENTS IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. SD1202
WHEREAS, the City of Seal Beach is proposing the Navy Drainage Easements
Improvements Project, which intends to maintain and make repairs to drainage
structures within grants of easements from the Navy to the City for storm drain
purposes; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends selecting CopperTop Enterprises, Inc. as the
lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
Section 1. The City Council hereby awards a contract for the Navy Drainage
Easements Improvements Project in the amount of $159,620.29 to CopperTop
Enterprises, Inc.
Section 2. The Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the
contract.
Section 3. The Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute
additional work requests in connection with construction of this project.

regular meeting held on the 25th day of June , 2012 by the following vote:
