A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH J.H. DOUGLAS &
ASSOCIATES FOR HOUSING ELEMENT IMPLEMENTATION
CONSULTING SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves that certain agreement DATED
November 13, 2012 between the City of Seal Beach and the J.H. Douglas &
Associates for Housing Element implementation consulting services ("Agreement")
in the amount not to exceed $72,500.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager to
execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the Seal Beach City Council at a
regular meeting held on the 13th day of November , 2012 by the following vote:
