A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR
THE DESIGN OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH PARKS AND
COMMUNITY SERVICES MASTER PLAN
THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the agreement with Richard Fisher
Associates for preparation of the City of Seal Beach Parks and Community
Services Master Plan - in the amount not to exceed $99,955.00.
Section 2. The Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the
Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Seal Beach City Council at a
regular meeting held on the 13th day of November , 2012 by the following vote:
