ROLL CALL - Present: Uayor Reed Councilmen Felts, Henkey, Hughes Councilman Postal Absent: READING OF CALL FOR SPECIAL MEETING I To the members of the City Oouncil of the City of Seal Beach, California. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Seal Beach is called at the request of the Mayor for emergency action on the matter of purchase of a Police car, and for any and all other matters of business which may proper- ly come before said City Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, the 24th day of August, 1943, at the hour of 7:30 P.~., in the Council Chamber of the City Hall Bullding.
