The City Council of the Oity of Seal Beach met in adjourned session at 8:00 P.M. and was called to order with s~lute to the flag. ROLL CALL - Present: Mayor Reed Oouncilmen Felts. I It was moved by Felts, seconded by Hughes that the Mayor and City Clerl be authorized to sign the Renewal Lease for sewer pipe line. Motion carried. State 2. Department of Natural Resouroes, State Park Commission, by J. H. Funds for Covington, Executive Secretary - Notifying the City that at meeting of beach develop-September 17th, the Park Commission canoelled the $25,000 whioh was ment. allocated to Seal Beach on a matching basis for beach improvements. There is still available an unencumbered balance of $46,829.QO for future allocation as outlined in Chapter 942 of Statutes of 1941. RESOLUTION NO. 494 was introduced and read. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE ACCEPTANCE FROM THE ORD LAND COMPANY, A CORPORATION, OF A GRANT DEED TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY, AND A QUIT CLAIM DEED COVERING ACCRETIONS TO SUCH REAL PROPERTY.
