The City Council of the Oity of Seal Beach met in adjourned
session at 8:00 P.M. and was called to order with s~lute to the flag.

ORD LAND COMPANY, A CORPORATION, OF A GRANT DEED TO CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY, AND A QUIT CLAIM DEED COVERING ACCRETIONS TO SUCH REAL
PROPERTY.
