Joint Use Agreements with Los Alamitos Unified School District — Adopt Resolution No. 6345 approving a Master Joint Use Agreement (MJUA) and three Individual Joint Use Agreements (IJUA) for the McGaugh Gym, McGaugh Pool, and the McGaugh Tennis Courts. *H. McGaugh Pool Maintenance Agreement — Adopt Resolution No. 6346 approving a two year agreement with Commercial Aquatic Service, Inc. to provide pool maintenance services, annual amount of$12,000. *I. McGaugh Pool ADA Improvements Project No. BG1301 — Adopt Resolution No. 6347 approving an agreement with Barch Builders Architects in the amount of$19,800 for design work.
