M. and was called to order by Mayor Ashman with salute to the Flag. ROLL CALL: Present I Absent: Mayor Ashman Councilmen Reed, Shouler, Gauntner Jaeckel None The minutes of regular meetipg of June, 15th. and special meetings of June, 24th and July 5th were read and approved. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS: Letters of Louis W. Wagner, Jimmie Arnerich, Mrs Z. T. Swartz ~nd E. R. Makinson carrying O. K. of Building Inspector Krenwinkel Housing read. re- Councilwoman Reed moved to recelve and file and that the City Treasurer be directed to return Locati'n Housing Reconstruction Bond money's, to the above parties their seconded by Gauntner. Howell bid for Pier Lease, to wit 875.00 -, per month for the seven summer months, 850. per month for the five I Howell Pier winter months. After Navy restrictions are lifted on fishing boats $110.00 per month on a five year lease. Or a futher proposal of Lease $40.00 per month guarantee and 10~ additional of gross receipts. Sargent $20,.
