The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular
session at B:OO P. M. and was called to order by Mayor Gauntner
with salute to the Flag.
ROLL CALL:

The minutes of regular meeting of September 7th were read

and approved on Mayor's motion.
COMMUNICATIONS:
Trees
Letter of Ernest R. Muse, asking the removal of two palm
trees located adj.acent to his property at 6th and Central Ave.
It was moved by Councilwoman Reed, seoonded by Butler t~ receive
and file the communication and that request be granted.

Report of City Treasurer and City Clerk were read. It
was moved by Councilwoman Reed, seconded by Butler that reports
as read be received and filed.

that the motion in the meeting of September 7th to return 60%
of the Housing Re-Location Bond Deposit of Ruth and Fred J.
Ueisen be recinded, due to the fact that the deposlt was assumed
to be cash instead of a Fidelity bond, However to continue the
bond for 120 additional days.
