The Oity Oouncil of the Oity of Seal Beach met in regular
session at 7:30 P. M. and was called to order by Mayor Gauntner
with salute to the Flag.

The minutes of the regular meeting of October 2, were read
and approved on Mayor'S motion.
To correct the minutes of regular.meeting of October 2,
regarding electric rates, it was moved by Jaeckel, seconded by

Application of the California Trailer Sales Co for license
Calif to operate a trailer sales lot and park at 101 Highway and ~th

The September report of City Treasurer and City Clerk were
read. It was moved by Councilwoman Reed, seconded by Butler that
the reports be received and filed.

Attorney Williams read copy of letter dated October 3, he
had written to the Guy F. Atkinson Co. regarding the replacing of

badly damaged culvert at Bay Blvd and Electric Avenue.

moved by Councilman Jaeckel, seconded by Butler that ~emands as
read be approved and warrants drawn on the Treasury for same.
Ordinance No, 300 was introduced. An ordinance amending
the ~railer Park Ordinance. It was moved by Councliman Shouler,
seconded by Butler that Ordinance No. 300 be deemed as having had
its first reading.
