M. and was called to order by Mayor Gauntner with salute to the Flag. ROLL CALL: Present, Mayor Gauntner Oouncilmen Reed, Shouler, Butler Jaeckel ~rone Abs ent , The minutes of the regular meeting of October 2, were read and approved on Mayor'S motion. To correct the minutes of regular.meeting of October 2, regarding electric rates, it was moved by Jaeckel, seconded by Electr Reed that the Oity Attorney communicate with the Railroad Oommis'n. King asking for removal of four palm King trees and the putting in of a new sidewalk adjacent to his prop- Palm Trees erty known as 1301, Ocean Avenue. It was moved by Councilman Butler, seconded by Reed to receive and file, that request for removal of palm trees be granted and the matter of new sidewalks be referred to the City Attorney as to proper legal proceedure. It was moved by Councilwoman Reed, seconded by Butler that the reports be received and filed. Atkinson Co. regarding the replacing of Atkin'n badly damaged culvert at Bay Blvd and Electric Avenue. Culvert ACCOUNTS AND BILLS: Demands numbering 465 to 510 inclusive ~ere read. It was moved by Councilman Jaeckel, seconded by Butler that ~emands as read be approved and warrants drawn on the Treasury for same. Ordinance No, 300 was introduced. An ordinance amending the ~railer Park Ordinance. It was moved by Councliman Shouler, seconded by Butler that Ordinance No. 300 be deemed as having had its first reading.
