month at 7:30 p.m. If you wisb to address the Comm~ss~on on any part~cular publ~c hear~ng
item, tbe Chairman w~ll call lor Publ~c testimony f~rst for ~hose ~n favor of the proJect,
and second, for tbose who are not in favor. Wben you see that the speaker's pos~t~on ~n the
center of tbe room ~s unoccup~ed, step up to the microphone and wben recogn~zed by tbe
Cba~rman, speak d~rectly into tbe micropbone by f~rst stating your name and address clearly
and d~st~nctly for tbe records. State your bus~ness as clearly and succ~nctly as poss~ble
and tben wait a moment to see ~f tbe Commissioners bave any quest~ons ~n regard to your
comments or quest~ons. If tbere are no otber quest~ons or comments, return to your seat
so tbat tbe next person may address tbe Commiss~on.
If you w~sh to address tbe Conmuss~on on matters otber tban public bearings, the agenda
prov~des for tbat time wben tbe Cba~rman asks for comments from tbe public. Address the
