M. and was called to order by Mayor Gauntner with salute to the Flag. Present, Mayor Gauntner Councilmen, Reed Shouler, Butler, Jaeckel None I Absent, The minutes of Regular meeting of November 6th and Special meeting ov November 14th were read. Cou~cilwoman Reed moved that in the Special meeting of November 14th the words "or former" in speaking of City employees deaths be striken out, the motion was seconded by Councilman Jaeckel. Further that the City Attorney be directed to introduce a resolution providing for the same.
