The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular
session at 7:30 P. M. and was called to order by Mayor Gauntner
with salute to the Flag.

The minutes of Regular meeting of November 6th and Special
meeting ov November 14th were read. Cou~cilwoman Reed moved that
in the Special meeting of November 14th the words "or former"
in speaking of City employees deaths be striken out, the motion
was seconded by Councilman Jaeckel.

Letter signed by George E. Stucken stating that he and Earl
Garden S. Rains had taken over ownership and management of the Garden of

Petition of Lieutenant Gill, Navy Department, Land Acqui-
'sition Office asking for fractional cancellation of taxes on
Navy acquired property. Attorney Williams consented to the can-
cellation as set forth in the petition from the Navy. It was
moved by Councilmsn Butler, seconded by Jaeokel that petition
for cancellation be granted.

Attorney 'hlliams on the storm drain matter and progress
made with the parties concerned reeardine the disposal of flood
waters at Bay Boulevard and Electric Avenue.

report on the City made by Diehl & Co .', Auditors of the sound
financial condition of the City.
