session at 7:30 P. ~. and was called to order by Mayor Gauntner

Attorney Williams explained at some length the mechanics
of operation in Valentine script. It was moved by Councilman
Valentine Jaeckel , seconded by Butler that the City Attorney be directed and

authorized to make a thorough investigation into all phases of
the matter and take the necessary steps that may be required to
defend the City's property rights.
