When !Iou see tha t the speaker' s posi t~on ~n the center of the room is unoccup~ed, step up to the microphone and when recognized by the Chairman, speak directly into the nUcrophone by f~rst stat~ng your name and address clearly and dist~nctly for the records. State !lour bus~ness as clearly and succinctly as possible and then wait a moment to see ~f the Commssioners have any questions ~n regard to your comments or quest~ons. If there are no other quest~ons or comments, return to your seat so that the next person may address the Commuss~on. It you wish to address the Commiss~on on matters other than public hearings, the agenda provides for that t~me when the Cha~rman asks for comments from the public. Zone. Environmental Review: Negative Declaration 1-86 has been prepared in lieu of an Environmental Impact Report. Conditional Use Permit 2-86 Resolution #1409 99 Marina Drive (Chevron, USA, Inc.) A request to expand an existing oil filtration/ extraction facility which is located within an Oil Extraction (O-E) Zone. The new euipment to be installed includes severa~ 24 foot high tanks, 16 foot high tanks, several pumps and other oil extraction facility equipment.
