The Seal Beach Plann~ng Commiss~on meets in session every f~rst and third Wednesday of each
month at 7:30 p.m. If you wish to address the Comm~ss~on on any part~cular publ~c hear~ng
~tem, the Cha~rman will call for publ~c testimony f~rst for those in favor of the proJect,
and second, for those who are not in favor. When !Iou see tha t the speaker' s posi t~on ~n the
center of the room is unoccup~ed, step up to the microphone and when recognized by the
Chairman, speak directly into the nUcrophone by f~rst stat~ng your name and address clearly
and dist~nctly for the records. State !lour bus~ness as clearly and succinctly as possible
and then wait a moment to see ~f the Commssioners have any questions ~n regard to your
comments or quest~ons. If there are no other quest~ons or comments, return to your seat
so that the next person may address the Commuss~on.
It you wish to address the Commiss~on on matters other than public hearings, the agenda
provides for that t~me when the Cha~rman asks for comments from the public. Address the
Commission in the same manner as stated for publ~c hearings, always stating your name and
address first.
