The Seal Beach Planning Commission meets in session every f~rst and th~rd Wednesday of each
month at 7:30 p.m. If you wish to address the Commiss~on on any particular public hear~ng
~tem, the Cha~rman w~ll call for public test~mony first for those in favor of the proJect,
and second, for those who are not in favor. When you see that the speaker's pos~tion ~n the
center of the room is unoccup~ed, step up to the microphone and when recognized by the
CnaHman, speak d~rectly into the mcrophone by f~rst stating your name and address clearly
and d~stinctly for the records. State your bus~ness as clearly and succinctly as poss~ble
and then wait a moment to see if the Cammiss~oners have any questions in regard to your
commel1ts or quest~ons. If there are no other quest~ons or comments, return to your seat
so 'that the next person may address the Conuniss~on.
If you wish to address the COmRUss~on on matters other than publ~c hearings, the agenda
provides for that time when the Chairman asks for comments from the public. Address.the
Commssion ~n the same manner as stated for publ~c hearings, always stating your name and
address first. -
