The Seal Beach Planning Commission meets In seSSJon every first and thJrd Wednesday of each
month at 7:30 p.m. If you WJsh to address the CommissJon on any partJcular publJC hear~ng
Jtem, the Chairman WJll call for public test~mony fJrst for those in favor of the proJect,
and second, for those who are not In favor. When you see that the speaker' S paSJ t~on ~n the
center of the room JS unoccupJed, step up to the lRJ.crophone and when recognJzed by the
Chairman, speak directly Jnto the microphone by fJrst statJng your name and address clearly
and distJnctly for the records. State your busJness as clearly and succlnctly as Posslble
and then wait a moment to see Jf the CornnussJoners have any questJons In regard to your
comments or quest~ons. If there are no other questJons or comments, return to your seat
so that the next person may address the Cornnuss~on.
