General Plan Amendment 2c-87, Clrculation Element
General Plan Amendment 2d-87, Open Space Element
A request to amend the exist1ng Hellman Specific Plan
to allow the construction of 113 slngle famlly homes
and 668 condom1nium units, plus a 105 acre publ1C golf
course, on 145 acres of land. The request w1ll amend
the land use element to match the proposed speclflc
plan. The c1rculat1on element would be amended to show
First Street within the project areas as a secondary
highway, and a north-south Ilnk from F1rst Street to
Westminster as a principal road. The open space
element would be amended to reflect the change 1n the
acreage for the proposed community park slte.
