Amendment to Hellman Specific Plan General Plan Amendment 2b-87, Land Use Element General Plan Amendment 2c-87, Clrculation Element General Plan Amendment 2d-87, Open Space Element A request to amend the exist1ng Hellman Specific Plan to allow the construction of 113 slngle famlly homes and 668 condom1nium units, plus a 105 acre publ1C golf course, on 145 acres of land. The request w1ll amend the land use element to match the proposed speclflc plan.
