The City Oouncil of the City of Seal Beach met in adjourned
regular meeting at 7:30 P. M. and was called to order by Mayor
Jaeckel with salute to the Flag.

During the reading of Parker Engineering Companies pro-
posal on water tower painting job Councilman Shufelt took his

and painting of the interior'of the Cities water tank be accept~d.

It was moved by Councilman Butler, seconded by Re~that the
Fidelity and Deposit Company be informed that the Guy F. Atkinson
Company had satisfactorly completed work covered by their bond
on the Navy Ammunition and Net Depot construction.

bi~~s .for damages to her car were given to City Attorney to take
up with the indemnity company which underwrites the Cities risks.

City Attorney Williams read letter he had received fro~ the
Navy Department, Washington reguarding payment for City property
acquired by the Navy.
Carbon copy of letter written ?y !he qrange County Health
Department to C. H. Tomlin, calling hi~ attention to sanitary
conditions at the Seal Beach Trailer Park, received and filed, on
Mayors motion.
It was moved by Councilman Shufelt, seconded by Butler that
the following persons be named as members of the Board of Review

as provided for in Civil Service Ordinance No. 307. 1~ G. Dowls,
A. w. Stegen, Glenn O. Jones, Arvid J. Peterson and Charles M. Stockon.
