The proposed regulations would establish a permitting process and set maximum time and size limits for the display of temporary banners. Recommendation: Recommend to City Council approval of Zoning Text Amendment 95-1, Subject to Additional provisions as determined appropriate, and Adopt Resolution No. 96- . 5. Proposed Fee Adjustment Schedule for Transporlation Facilities and Programs Development Fees and Transponation Facilities & Programs Development Application Fees.
