The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular
.
session at S:OO P. M. and was called to order by Mayor Jaeckel with
salute to the Flag.

The minutes of regular meeting of August 20th were read and
day
approved after slight deletion in motion on Victory Holiday, all
members agreeing to the correction.
COMMUNICATIONS:
Letter of Mrs. Groves requesting removal of trees on her property
Trees received and filed and request denied.

Butler, seconded by Shouler that reports be received and filed.

Demands numbering 222 to 295 inclusive, amounting to $9,143.96
were read. It was moved by Butler, seconded by Shouler tr~t demands
as rea.d be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treasury for same.
