The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular
meeting at 7:30 P. M. and was called to order by Mayor Jaeckel

Letter of W. D. Gauntner recommending to the Council the

by Shouler, seconded by Butler that Judge Smith be granted three
weeks vacation with full pay and that ~udge Pann of Huntington Beach
be appointed temporary Judge of the City Court of the City of Seal
Beach on a basis of $125.00 per month during th~ three weeks abes-
ence of Judge Smith.

to them and the Pacific Coast Riflemen lease of the Beach Parking
Lot, received and filed on Mayors motion.
Request of Mrs. Sollinger and estimate of cost of repairing her
car which she claims was damageB by collission with City truck. It
was moved by Reed, seconded by Butler letter and estimate of costs
Damage be handed to City Attorney to take up with Cities insurance carrier.
