COMMUNIOATIONS: Letter of the Beal Beach Riflemen, thanking the Oouncil fcr lease of the pier. Received and filed. Letter and carbon oopy to the Chamber of Commerce from the California Bank. Received and F1le!. Letter of G. Stangeland making offer for rent of buil~ing on the beach held over for future consideration and study. Final report of A. W. Armstrong, Chairman Seli\.
