COMMUNICATIONS: Letter of Fire Department calling attention to not receiving the monthly ratio of $500.00 per annum additional appropriated to the department budget. It was moved by Butier, second by Webster that the City Attorney be directed to present an amendment giving effect to this addition. Motion carried It was moved by Webster, second by Reed that request of Lescher and Stockon for use of south end of Pier Sun Room be granted. Motion carried It was moved by Butler, second by Reed that request of Lescher and Stockon for permission to erect a Neon sign at Main St. and Highway 101 be granted, provided they assume their own maintenance. It was moved by Butler, second by Webster that Council meeting dates be changed to the second and fourth Wednesday of each m9nth and the City Attorney be directed to introduce such ordinance.
