Mayor Pro Tem I Seal Beach, California, June 6, 1946. The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session at 8:00 P. M. and was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Shufelt with salute to the Flag. I. It was moved by Reed, second by Webster that reports be received and filed.
