M. and was called to order by Mayor Jaeckel with salute to the Flag. -' Present, Absent, Mayor Jaeckel Councilmen, Butler, Webster, Shufelt,Reed None Allen J~rgins of the Marine Exploration Company appeared before Jergins the Council and read from a prepared statement defining their po- sition on the Island drilling proposal, which statement was not ~iled: Butler vs as a matter of public record.
