The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session
at 7:30 P. M. and was called to order by Mayor Jaeckel with salute
to the Flag.

The minutes of regular meeting of October 9, were read and appro-
ved on Mayors motion.

Letter of Pacific Lighting Corporation requesting change in
their Franchise Ordinance. Referred to City Attorney.
Harold Franks of Diehl and Company, Auditors presented quarterly
audit and report. It was moved by Webster, second by Butler that
Mr. Frank's recommendation of combining the General, Water, Parking
Lot and Music and Promotion funds into one General Fundtbe approued.
