M. and was called to order by Mayor Jaeckel with salute to the Flag. It was moved by Butler, second by Webster that the Lots City Attorney be directed to negotiate with the Board of Superv~sors for the purpose of acquiring the Counties interest in said lots. Harold Franks of Diehl and Company, Auditors presented quarterly audit and report. It was moved by Webster, second by Butler that Mr. Frank's recommendation of combining the General, Water, Parking Lot and Music and Promotion funds into one General Fundtbe approued.
