M. and was called to order by Mayor Jaeckel with salute to the Flag. Present, Mayor Jaeckel Councilmen, Butler, Webster, Shufelt, Reed None Absent, The minutes of regular meeting of October 23 and special meetings of October 24 and November 12th were read and approved on Mayors motion. Palm's Scott It was moved by Butler, second by Reed to approve removal of Palm trees from in front of 141, 13th Street as requested by James N. Scott, Motion carried Girl Letter of Girl Scouts Association thanking Council for their Scout support in drive for a "Little House". Received and Filed. It was moved by Shufelt, second by Webster to approve reeommen~- ~n'ngdation of Planning for re-zoning of property as requested by ~ayson Shou ler W. Shouler and City Attorney directed to introduce amendment to the zoning ordiance, Motion carried Self It was moved by Webster, second by Butler to approve Plannin~ serve Commission recommendation to amend Ordinance No. 199 to allow self Laund ries service laundries in the business district. Main Street and Ocean Avenue to be excluded, Motion carl'ied Licen sing Letter of W. L. Robertson sUEfesting that all concerns solicitine for and doing commercial printing in the City to be licensed, Also Print ing lettersugr,estin~ that all publications that are distributed without char6e in the Oity to meet certain ordinance requirements. Both letters referred to the City Attorney. Letter of~. L. Robertson calling attention to license infringe- Prod uce ments of produce stand at Highway and Main Street. Referred to the City Attorney for report. Report for the month of October of Police Chief, City Judge, Building, Water and Tax Departments were read. It was moved by Reed second by Webster that reports be received and filed. It was moved by Butler, second by Shufelt that Resolution No. 602 be adopted. Motion carried .. Garb age Cont ract Ord 333 Proposals for purchase of Cities garbage were opened, It was moved by Shufelt, second by Webster that bid of Dr, C, E. Price and Sons be accepted, Sa~e to become effective December 1st, Price . and S~ns to defray one half of cost of having the two City contain- ers reconstructed. City Attorney to prepare contract with Price. It was moved by Reed, second by Shufelt that Ordina~ce No 333 be deemed as having its 2nd reading, AYES: NOES: ABSE~!T : Motion carried Ordinance No. 333 was read by title, It was moved by Shufelt, second by Reed that Ordinance Ro. 333 be deemed as having had its third reading by title and do now pass.
