The City Council of the .City of Seal Beach met in regular session at 7:30 P. M. and was called to order by Mayor Jaeckel with salute to the Flag. Present, Mayor: Jaeckel Councilmen, Butler, Webster, Shufelt Councilwoman, Reed Absent, The minutes of regular meeting of Nove~ber 27, were read and approved on Mayors motion. COMMUNICATImrs: Card of appreciation from Councilman Webster and Mrs, Webster acknowledging floweral offering. Received and Filed. Letter of Mrs. Schmickroth suggesting re-constructing curbs on north side of Ocean Avenue from Main Street to Dolphin Ave to pro- vide ramps from streets to sidewalks, Referred to City Engineer. Letter of F. Bruce Ellis, Pastor Community Church asking cancell- ation of 1946 -4-7 City taxeG on parsonage property, Upon consent of City Attorney it was moved by Butler, second by Webster that request be granted. ''''',- zoning ordinance making a charge of $fi.~ for preparing and mailing out notice of public hearing on re-zoning. !.:otion carried Letter of Dr. C. H. Perry soliciting financial support for the Boys Sc.outs. Report for the Mar month of November of Police Chief, City Judge, Building, Water and ble Tax Departments Voere read.
