Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) Funding – Authorize the Mayor to sign a letter of support seeking WRDA funding for projects within the Orange County Coastal Regional Sediment Management Plan (RSMP) - identified is City of Seal Beach’s “East Beach” also known as Main Beach as a need for the region.
