M. and was called to order b~ Mayor Jaeckel with salute to the Flag. Present, Mayor Jaeckel Councilmen, Butler, Webster, Shufelt, Reed Councilmen, None I Absent, The minutes of regular meeting of April 23rd were read and after slight correction were approved on Mayors motion. Letter of C. E. Gris~om asking for a license to operat a skee Skee Ball ball game, Referred to City Clerk to write Mr. Grissom for further parti~ulars. Merr't time on-their contract for completion of water lines contract. It was moved by Shufelt, seoond by Butler that permit be granted Park lot West m'ln& for the sale of fire works at the corner of Bay Boulevard and Coast the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars to operate a stand Highway. It was moved by Shufelt, second by Reed that reports be received and filed. Motion carried I, City Attorney read lease agreement for lease of the parking lot. A. Miller, Jessie W. Reed and Frank Shu- Lots Tax felt as appraisal committee to fix a minimun valuaticn for sale Sales purposes, Demands numbering 1187 to 1275 a~ounting to $8,347.88 as approved by the Finance Committee were presented. It was moved by Reed, 2nd by Shufelt that Demands be approved and warrants drawn on the Treas- I ury for same.
