M. and was called to order by Mayor Jaeckel with salute to the Flag. Present, Absent, Mayor Jaeckel Councilmen, Butler, Webster, Shufelt, Reed Councilmen, None The minutes of regular meeting of May 28, were read and app- roved on Mayors motion. I COMMUNICATIONS: Fire Lettenfrom Mary E. Cervice and Brock's Drug Center asking for permit to sell "Safe and Sane Fire Works II It was moved by Webster, second by Butler' that requests be granted and hours of sale limited to the hours between 7:00 A. M. and midnight. ~ Motion carried W'ks Perm- its Park Report of the Cities share of receipts on night parking on the Lot lot leased to the American Legion and V. F. W. Received and Filed. Report for the month of May of Police Chief, City Judge, Build- ing, Water and Tax Departments were read. City Attorney reported his findings on the Skee-Ball game. Reed, Jaeckel None None Motion carried Demands numbering 1308 to 138S, amounting to $8,597.99 as approved by the Finance Committee were presented, It was moved by Reed, second by Webster that demands be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treasury for same. It was moved by Shufelt, second by Reed that Ordinance No. 343 be deemed as having had its 2nd reading. Motion carried Ordinance No. 3~3 was read by title. It was moved by Reed, second by Shufelt that Ordinance No. 343 be deemed as having had its third and final reading by title and do now pass.
