M. with Mayor Pro-Tem Brostrom presiding. Meeting was called to order with salute to the Flag. Present, Absent, Mayor Pro-Tem Brostrom Oouncilmen, Jacobsen, Armagost Oouncilmen Webster, Shufelt 12th were read and II The minutes of regular' meeting of November approved on MayoruPr.o~Tem's motion. COMMUNICATIONS: Letter from Pastor St. Anns Catholic Church asking cancellation of 1947 - 194-8 taxes on parsonage property. By consent of City Atty it was moved by Jacobsen, second by Armagost that request be granted. AYES: . NOES: ABSENT: Jacobsen, Armagost, Brostrom None Webster, Shufelt Motion carried Letter of L. H. Brown making proposal for removal of Pier musels. held over for futher consideration. Musels Water Anal- ysis Chlor- ine Cont. Merrit of Weld'g It was moved by Jacobsen, second by Armagost that Water Superin- tendent be directed to enter agreement with Trusdale Labor,atories for monthly analysis and report on the Cities water supply. I . the bonding company who were surety for Merritt Welding Cont's II Demands numbering 635 to 658 inclusive, amounting to $3,OgO.40 as approved by the Finance Oommittee were presented. It was moved by Jacobsen, second by Armagost that bills be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treasury for same. It was moved. by Jacobsen, secpnd by Armagost that Ordinance No. 348 be deemed as having had its first reading by title and that complete readin of same be waived.
