The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular ad-
journed session at 7:30 P. M. anq was called to order ~y Mayor Shufelt
with salute to the Flag.

The minutes of regular meeting of December 10th were read and
approved on Mayors motion.

for appointment as City Attorney were next read. It was moved by
Atty Brostrom, second by Armagost that James Munholland be appointed as

ation of street stop signs. Oouncilman Webster stated that he would
vote no for the reason that he considered stop signs were a hinderance

Jacobsen that ordinance No. 349 be deemed as having had its 2nd reading
