M. and was called to order by Mayor Shufelt with salute to the Flag. COMMUNICATIONS: Letters of American Legion Post No. 300 and William R. James Park making proposals to the Cou~cil for lease of the Seach Parking Lot. It was moved by Jacobsen, second by Armagost that reports be received and filed. Motion carried Resolution No. 634, Sppplimental request to Division of Highways. It was moved by Brostrom, second by Jacobsen that Resolution No. 634 be adopted.
