The Oity Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session
at 7:30 P. M. with Mayor Shufelt presiding. Meeting was called to
order with salute to the Flag.

Letter of Department of Pab~c Re1ations calling attention to
needed safety measures at the Sewer Booster stations. It was moved
by Jacobsen, second by Armagost that the purchase of blower~equip-
ment be authorized and other requested adjustments made.

Report for the month of February of Oity Judge, Police Chief,
Building, Water and Tax departments was read. It was moved by Jac-
obsen, second by Brostrom that reports be received and filed.
Motion carried
Demands numbering 1013 to 1078, inclusive amounting to $6,719.36
,as approved by the Finance Oommittee were presented. It was moved
by Brostrom, second by Jacobsen that bills be allowed and warrants
drawn on the Treasury for same.

was moved by Webster, second by Brostrom to direct the City Attorney
to prepare the necessary resolution to start proceedings.

extension of time on his re-zoning. Oity Olerk on advice of City
Attorney to notify M~. Bennett that time. had expired as provided
in Ordinance No. 343.
