The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session
at 8:00 P. M. with Mayor Shufelt presiding. Meeting was called to
order with salute to the Flag.

The minutes of regular meeting of ~uly 6th were read and appro
ved on Mayors motion.

charges to be made for water meter installiations. It was moved
