The City Council of the Oity of Seal B~ach met in regular session
at 8:00 P. M. with Mayor Shufelt presiding. Meeting was called to
order with salute to the Flag.

The minutes of regular meeting of August 17th and adjourned
regular meeting of September 23rd were read and approved on Mayors
motion.'
COMMUNICATIONS:
Petition signed by 25 property owners and residents in the 1600
"Block on Ocean Avenue and Seal Way, asking the Council to have the
strip between the Navy fence and Seal Way landscaped. Matter referred
to Roy Thomas and the Beach and Park Committee for report.
Letter of D. M. Callis asking that something be done regarding
the water drainage condition in front of his property and construc-
, .,
the Oity Engineer prepare an estimate of such drainage and that
the Oity construct said curb if property owner advances estimated I
cost of same or do same themselves under City supervision.
