The City Counoil of the City of Seal Beaoh met in regular session at
7:30 P. M. with Mayor Shufelt presiding. Meeting was called to order
with salute to the Flag.

The minutes of regular meeting of November 16 were read and app-
~oved on Mayors motion.
On Mayors motion the usual business prooeedure was dispensed ...,
with so as to allow the Oity Attorney to present his report and intr-
duoe the new ordinances and resolutions.
Ordinanoe No. 368 was introduced for its 1st ~eading. License-
Ord ing Industrial Waste Disposal. It was moved by.Brost~om, second by
"368 Jacobsen that Ordinance No. 368 be deemed as having~ad, its first
reading and sent to its final reading and adoption.

Oity Clerk presented and had read report of cash receipts for
the 194s season of Pier, Parking Lot and Umbrella concession.

Report for the month of November of Police Chief, City Judge,
Building, Water and Tax Departments was read. It was moved by
- Jacobsen, second by Brostrom that reports, be received and filed.

Demands numbering 673 to 758 inclusive amounting to $e,377.24
as approved by the Finance Committee was presented. It was moved
by Brostrom, second by Jacobsen that bills be approved and warrants
drawn on the Treasury for same.
