M. with Mayor Shuf~lt presiding. Meeting was called to order with salute to the Flag. Motion carried Poind- exter Legion Free Taxes Ord 369 Ord 370 It was moved by Bowers, second by Brostrom that Mayors appoint- ment of Bob Poindexter to replace Mr. VanAuede1n be approved. Motion carried It was moved by Brostrom, second by Bowers after receiving legal' opinion of City Attorney that American Legion for request of can- cellation of taxes on Bay Boulevard property be denied. AYES: Jacobsen, Brostrom, Bowers, Shufelt Motion carried Report of the City Treasurer and City Olerk for the month of N~vember was read. It was moved by Jacobsen, second by Bowers II that reports be received and filed. Motion carried Demands numbering 759 to 805 inclusive amounting to $6,103.17 as approved by the Finance Oommittee was presented. It was moved by Brostrom, second by Jacobsen that bills be allowed and warrants drawn on the Treasury for same. It was moved by Jacobsen, second by Bowers that Ordinance No. 369 be deemed as having had its final reading and be adopted.
