The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met- in' regular session
at 7:30 P. M. with Mayor Shuf~lt presiding. Meeting was called to

ment of Bob Poindexter to replace Mr. VanAuede1n be approved.

opinion of City Attorney that American Legion for request of can-
cellation of taxes on Bay Boulevard property be denied.

N~vember was read. It was moved by Jacobsen, second by Bowers II
that reports be received and filed.

by Brostrom, second by Jacobsen that bills be allowed and warrants
drawn on the Treasury for same.
