The Oity Council of the City of Seal Beach met at 6:30 P. M.
to consider jhe request of Foster E. and Bessie I. Greenwood for
non-conforming use permit on Lots 24 - 26 - 28 and Southerly one-
half of Lot 30, Block 8, Bay Oity Tract. Yayor Pro-Tem Brostrom
acted as chairman in the absence of Mayor Shufelt.

The letter of application requesting non-conforming permit by
the Greenwoods was read. After some discussion on the matter it

was moved by Leonard, second by Bowers to grant said permit upon
conditions as follows. That the rear forty five (~5) feet of said
lots extending from t'he alley west be covered in said permit, that
the remaining 72' 6" of said lots remain in the Multiple Family
use zone, with no traffic passage way across said portion of said

The Oity Council of the Oity of Seal Beach met in regular session
at 7:30 P. M. with Mayor Pro-Tem Brostr9m presiding. Meeting was
called to order with salute to the Flag.

Leonard, second by Jacobsen that reports be received and Filed.

Demands numbering 806 to 891 inclusive as approved by the Fin- '
ance Committee, amounting to $7,745.94 were presented. It was moved
by Bowers, second by Jacobsen that bills be allowed and warrants
drawn on the Treasury for same.
