The Oity Council of the Oity of Seal Beach met in regular session
at 7:30 P. M. and was called to order by Mayar Shufelt with salute to
the Flag.

The minutes of regular meeting of February 21 and adjournsd meeting
of February 24th were read and approved on Mayors motion.
