Letter of Oity Olerk of LaHabra asking cooperation of the Oity Oouncil in protesting Water Service permit to the Whittier Water Company, by signing the Resolution to protest the certifi- cation of territory for water distribution, and the contemplated annexation of Cities in Orange Oounty, inc1uding La Habra, and other unincorporated areas, to the Metropolitan Water District. ~he Mayor recommended that the Resolution be adopted. City Attor- ney suggested that the Resolution be acted upon during the regular order of Resolutions. I Letter of the Seal Beach Taxpayers Association recommending that additional fire rings be provided on the Beach. ' Referred to the Beach and Park Committee and filed for future consideration. I Letter of Ohamber of Commerce announcing time for the Youth day Celebration,Parade, Q~tobe~, and asking the City Officials to take part in the Parade.
