The City Council of the City of Seal Beach met in regular
session at 8:00 P. M. with Mayor Shufelt presiding; meeting was
called to order,with salute to the Flag.

The minutes, of regular meeting of September 6th were read and
after addition of, less 2% cash discount in lOdays on ~lson Filter
contract minutes were approved. on Mayor~ motion.

Stat' n of pumping stations and sewer plant. Referred to Roy'Thomas for
attention.

August was read. It was moved by Brostrom second by Jacobsen that
reports be received and filed.
