The City Oounoil of the Oity of Seal Beach, met in adjourned
meeting at 7:00 P. M. for the purpose of considering the applioation of
Mrs. James Kimball for non-oonforming use permit, in advance of the
regular meeting hour of 7:30 P.M. Meeting ~as called to order by Mayor
Shufelt with salute to the Flag.

City Clerk read application of Mrs. Kimball for non-conforming use
permit on Nly t of Lot 21, Lots 23 and 25, and Sly * Lot 27, and read
the affadavit of mailing of cards and posting of notices. Letter of
Mrs. Kimball was also read, withdrawing her request and abandonment of
idea of a nursery school.
It was moved by Leonard, second by Brostrom
that letter of withdrawal be accepted.
