BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS: The Mayor will appoint Council members to represent the City on various boards of outside agencies at the beginning of each year, subject to the concurrence of the City Council. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There is no Environmental Impact related to this item. No legal analysis is required for this item. FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no Financial Impact.
