A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL
DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED PER CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS FOR CITY HALL AND MARINE SAFETY
BUILDING BG1201 AND 1204
THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. The work required to be performed by Ramco General Engineering
Contractor has been completed and accepted.
Section 2. The total cost of the project paid to Ramco General Engineering
Contractor is $135,205.80 for the work performed.
Section 3. The City Council directs the City Clerk to file a "Notice of
Completion" on behalf of the City with the Office of the Orange
County Clerk-Recorder within 10 days of the date of this resolution
and to release retention in the amount of $13,520.58 in 35 days.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the Seal Beach City Council at a
regular meeting held on the 10th day of February , 2014 by the following vote://�_
