Minutes of the Adjourned and Regular City Council meeting of February 24, 2014—Approve by minute order. *B. Demands on City Treasury — Ratification. Amend Seal Beach Municipal Code Title 11 — Zoning Code — Waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1638 adding Smoke Shops as a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in the Commercial Zoning Classification and add the definition of Smoke Shops. *D. Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Management and Discharge Control Program — Waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1639 amending municipal code Chapter 9.25 — FOG regulations regarding grease interceptors. *E. Clear Channel Outdoor Agreement — Adopt Resolution No. 6441 approving an agreement with Clear Channel Outdoor to provide and maintain 22 bus shelters citywide for a five year term.
