There being no other speakers, Mayor Deaton declared oral communications closed. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT Quinn M. Barrow, Esq., City Attorney No report at this time. CITY MANAGER REPORT Jill R. Ingram, City Manager No report at this time. COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilman Miller discussed the request to have an analysis of the legal services for the City stating that an in-depth staff report was done in 2005 comparing having the legal services by contract verses in-house attorney and felt it is not cost effective to have staff do this analysis — if there is a need for an analysis that staff should compare coastal cities and that this should be discussed during the budget process. There was no consensus to have an analysis done. Mayor Deaton stated that she does not believe that the Council is doing its due diligence and not taking care of its fiduciary responsibility to the taxpayers unless the Council periodically reviews the attorney services/fees. ,SNOISIA3a 33d NOISIAIO ONIallfl8 3H1 31VelOd2iO3NI 01 NOIll1OS321 33d 171.0Z -E103 3H1 ONION3INV IIONfOO ALIO HOV38 1V3S 3H1 dO NOIlliOS321 V„ pal;!;ue Zygg ON uo!;nlosael ;dope 01 'ssiegg Aq pumas 'peAow n!na-1 'sea; ay; 6u!onpaJ uo )IJOM nay1 Jo;}je;s ;uawdolanaa A;!unwwoO ay1 papuawwoo l!ounoO (;!O ayl .6uueaq ongnd ay; pasop uo;eea ioAej 'sJa!eads ou 6u!aq a)ayl 's;uawwoo amid io} 6uueaq a!lgnd ay; pauado uo;eaa JoAe!N lPJ;nau ;Soo aq Him saw ay; u! sa6uego ayl •(suogepe;sw ads(; aqn; Jelos pue `SMopwM ;!;alas ';uewaoeldei .ia;eay Ja;eM) swa;! 884 ;el; pue 'seiepdn age; uo!;enlen '( }y 'bs 000'1. uey; 5581 Gal ou) adoos 6uipAoai a;seM uogonJ;suoo aSlnaJ 'ea; e;epdn ueld leiaua6 eonpai 'ea; aauenss! paned ay; eonpai 01 aye suo!;epuewwoaaJ an!d 'saa!AJas ;o 1900 las};o o; asodind :seal uo!s!n!o 6u!pl!ng ay1 a;enlene — leoO :saa; 6u!pl!nq u! a6uego all 01 uo!;e;uesaid ;auq e pep!Awd 'le!o!}}O 6u!pl!n8 'MBJj uor 6uueaq o!lgnd „d„ wa;! ;o uogeJep!suoa Jo; aim ay1 seM spy; pa;e;s uo;eaa SNOISIABH 33d NOISIAIO ONIallfl8 / ZM'9 ON NOI1l-1OS321 / „d„ 0,1311 ONIdV3H OliBfld 'penoweJ 8J8M swa;!
