RESOLUTION NUMBER 5448
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED AS TO
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT #50210
SECURITY FENCING FOR THE POLICE STATION ENTERED
INTO BETWEEN CITY OF SEAL BEACH AND LAKELAND
FENCE CORPORATION

WHEREAS, on October 24, 2005, City of Seal Beach entered into a contract with
Lakeland Fence Corporation.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work has been substantially
completed in accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES
HEREBY RESOL VB, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That the work required to be performed by said Contractor has been
completed.
That the total cost of said work is in the amount of$112,239.99.
That the work is hereby accepted and approved.
It is further ordered that a "Notice of Completion", Exhibit A, be filed on
behalf of the City in the Office of the Orange County Recorder within 10
days ofthe date of this resolution.
