A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A
BUDGET AMENDMENT, NO, 07-08 FOR THE INCREASE IN
THE CAPITAL PROJECT FUND, CONTRACT
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (PROJECT 50217- PIER DECK

WHEREAS, the fiscal year 2006/2007 budget requires budgetary amendments as
outlined below:
